- Is the castle clean?
- Every castle is scrubbed by hand, then disinfected and dried before it is rolled and loaded. Nothing reaches your yard wet.
- What do you disinfect with?
- Melaleuca products. Every castle is vacuumed out first, then cleaned. The water slide is rinsed and dried before it is vacuumed and disinfected.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. Liability cover of $25k per person, $50k per accident and $100k aggregate.
- Can I see the certificate?
- We keep it on the phone and can show it whenever you ask.
- How is it held down?
- Four to six sandbags on every castle, before anyone gets on.
- Can it run with water?
- Castle with Double Water Slide runs wet or dry. Classic Castle and Castle with Slide are dry only.
- What happens if it rains?
- We do not set up in rain, the water slide included. The blower motor cannot get wet. Winds over 15 to 20 mph stop delivery too.
- How long does setup take?
- 30 to 45 minutes from parked to first jump, and about the same to pack down.
- How much weight can they take?
- 800 lb on Classic Castle and 1000 lb on the two larger castles. That is the total weight on it at once.
- What does a day cost?
- $100 for Classic Castle, $200 for Castle with Slide and $300 for Castle with Double Water Slide. Delivery, setup and collection are in that price.
- Do you come to my town?
- Parker, Denver, Aurora, Castle Rock, Littleton, Centennial at no extra charge. We will go further for a fee that depends on the distance, so ask.
- Do you sell piñatas separately?
- Yes. They are sold outright, and you can buy one without booking a castle.
- What happens to my details?
- The form emails your answers to us. Nothing is stored on this site.
