Held down before anybody gets on
Anchoring is the part that matters.
Four to six sandbags on every castle, before anyone gets on.
We will not deliver in winds over 15 to 20 mph.
Nothing runs in rain either. The blower motor cannot get wet.
Clean between every booking

Scrubbed
Every panel and every seam, by hand.

Disinfected
Vacuumed out, then cleaned with Melaleuca products.

Dried
Nothing is rolled or loaded wet.
Insured
Liability cover of $25k per person, $50k per accident and $100k aggregate. We carry the certificate on the phone and can show it whenever you ask.
You sign a waiver on delivery covering damage to the castle while it is with you.
Are they safe for toddlers?
It depends who is on it at once. A toddler bouncing next to a ten-year-old is the situation to avoid.
